LOOKING FOR GIANTS

A visual identity and a suite of materials for recruiting. The design concept is based on the universal word for greeting “HELLO” to communicate the butterfly effect that one can create by reaching out to others.

A referral campaign concept based on David Ogilvy’s quote: “If each of us hires people who are bigger than we are, we shall become a company of giants. The idea is to feature an internal launch video of staff discovering these Russian dolls stickers in unusual places around the office and drive them to the job referral site to start referring.

Poster designs for EF and The Olympics partnerships

A knot designed by intertwining the sound wave rings of EF into the rising sun symbol of Japan. The knot represents togetherness and people connection at Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
